Job Description

Our company is looking for a professional Front Desk Officer for Islamabad head office to facilitate visiting customers and telephone inquiries at our main entrance desk. Freshies will also be considered.

You will perform a range of duties including answering phone calls, dealing with customer inquiries over the phone and walk in.

Your main goal is to provide our clients with outstanding customer service and support.

As the ‘face’ of our company, the successful candidate will be presentable and friendly, with outstanding people’s skills.

You should have a talent for multi-tasking, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or relevant qualification.
  • Good understanding of office administration
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Fair knowledge of MS Office.

Contract length: 12 months
