CLEVELAND, Ohio — Northeast Ohio is in the grips of a winter storm this morning, leading several school districts to delay or cancel classes.
Among the districts that have canceled classes today are Akron City Schools, Avon Lake City Schools, Copley-Fairlawn City Schools, Hudson City Schools and Twinsburg City Schools. Some school districts in the heart of the snow belt, such as Chardon and Berkshire, also have canceled classes.
School districts that are teaching remotely because of the coronavirus likely will not be affected.
